Superior filtration Kaeser energy-saving dryers come standard with a Filtered Separator (KFS) that removes bulk liquids and particulates to 3 micron. The dryers can be equipped with an optional Cold Coalescing Oil Removal (KOR) Filter that eliminates oil aerosols to 0.008 ppm. Because this filter is used inside the dryer it is more efficient than external coalescers operating at normal compressed air temperatures. Internal mounting also saves floor space and installation costs.

Heat exchanger The air-to-air and air-to-refrigerant plate type heat exchanger are made from stainless steel and specifically designed for refrigerated dryers. Non-fouling, brazed plate design eliminates the need for pre-filtration, keeping system pressure drop to a minimum.

Reliable condensate removal Easily accessible "no-loss" electronic Eco-Drains release condensate but not valuable compressed air. A patented pilot air controlled valve design ensures that the working components are independent of the condensate chamber. A durable aluminum housing and superior valve technology ensure many years of reliable service.

Optional filter monitoring Kaeser's energy-saving dryers can be equipped with an optional filter monitor. This provides electronic monitoring of the filter and the high-performance separator system. Microprocessor-controlled filter monitors are installed to generate and forward signals. This option also provides remote filter monitoring capability. The "Group" and "Safety" alarm contacts provide additional security for specialized air treatment requirements.
