Environmentally friendly powder coating
Our unique powder coating technique applies a super fine glaze to each individual sound-attenuating panel without polluting the surrounding environment. The panels are baked at 350°F for a corrosion-proof and
scratch-resistant finish.
Full function check
Every blower undergoes a test run under maximum load conditions. The results of the test run are recorded in the machine's documentation. Every package is delivered fully charged with Omega Premium fluid and ready to run.
Total quality control
To ensure constant quality every casing and rotor is dimensionally checked for deviations from permissible tolerances.
Case machining Just like the rotors, the casing for every KAESER rotary blower block is machined using advanced climate-controlled CNC machining centres to ensure consistently high product quality.
