Two Compressors, One Cabinet

Each HSD incorporates two individual compressor units including a motor, Sigma Profile airend, separator aftercooler, draintrap and filtration. Because each module is a complete compressor – and not just two airends stacked together – the HSD provides maximum part-load efficiency, built-in redundancy, and reduced installation costs.

Optimum Efficiency

The HSD's Sigma Control units are able to precisely match each compressor's performance to meet the current compressed air demand - providing significant energy savings and optimum efficiency.

Sigma Control System

Each of the HSD's two self-contained compressor units are controlled by their own industrial PC-based Sigma Control 2 unit. Operational status can be quickly identified with plain text displays and simple LED indicators.
